What is MoboClix?

MoboClix is created with the members and advertisers as the main focus, superb customer service and an easy to use flexible environment.
Our service consists of allowing advertisers to reach thousands of potential customers by displaying their advertisement(s) on our site and users to earn money by viewing those advertisements. Our users click on the advertisement and view it during the amount of time specified by the advertiser. After viewing the advertisement, the user gets credited with a pre-determined amount of money in their MoboClix account.
You don't need to pay us a thing to start earning. So, register now and start earning money for free!

How does it work?

Go to Registration page and create an account. When you received the activation e-mail, click on the link inside to activate, and you are ready to Login to your account. Now you can go and click the advertisements, there you will watch the advertisers’ pages and when the timer is finished, a captcha will appear to confirm and your account will be credited. As soon you reach the minimum cashout amount, you can make a withdrawal request.

What is a referral?

Referrals are users like you who have registered on MoboClix.

There are two types of referrals:

- Direct Referrals: These users registered using your username as their referrer.

- Rented Referrals: These users registered without a referrer. You can rent them.

You can rent referrals monthly (30 calendar days) to work for you.

The quantity of referrals available will vary depending on how many users registered without a referrer.

How do I get referrals?

Here are three ways you can do that:

 Use our banners:

Present our banner online with a link to your username on MoboClix (you can find the banners with the links in your account).

When a visitor clicks that banner, he/she will be sent here.

Then, all he/she has to do is to register. We'll take care of the rest for you.

 

Talk:

Just tell everyone to register at MoboClix and to type your username in the referrer field when they do so.

 

Rent:

You can rent referrals monthly (30 calendar days) to work for you (this is not slavery...they earn too), keep in mind that any member without an up-line can potentially become a Rented Referral if he/she is active according to our filter. Just go to your account and check rent referrals.

What is the minimum payout and how long does it take to receive my payment?

The minimum amount for the first cashout is $2.00. A fee can be deducted from the amount depending on the payment processor you use. All payments will be made via Paypal, Payza, Perfectmoney, or Bitcoin. No other method of payment is available at this time. You can request an unlimited amount to be paid only to the payment processor you've used to make the most of your purchases in monetary amount. The maximum amount you can request to other payment processors is equal to the value of the purchases you've made through them individually. In the event of equal value of purchases between two or more payment processors, you can make an unlimited payment request for each one that is part of the par. Payments will be processed within 5-7 business days for Standard , 24-72 business Hours for Upgraded members.

Do I have to invest in order to get paid?

No, you do not have to invest in order to get paid.

Do I have to click ads in order to earn from my referrals the next day?

Yes. 4 PTC ads per day.

How often can I click on advertisements?

You can click on advertisements every 24 hours. The ads reset at midnight (00:00h server time).

Are all visits guaranteed?

Yes, you will receive at least the number of visits you have ordered. We only count clicks from our members. External clicks from visitors are free.

Are all member visits unique?

Yes, we only count one click per member per 24 hours.

My direct referrals are removed sometimes. Why is that?

The referrals offered are true people clicking ads (no bots!). However, if they are inactive, their accounts will be removed after a certain amount of time.

Can I change my username?

No, your account is identified by your username. Therefore it cannot change.

Can I change my up-line?

No, if you believe that your referrer (up-line) should be another user or if you do not have any up-line, this issue is not from the website.

This is your responsibility to check the referral link that you click on.

What is your refund policy?

As per our TERMS & CONDITIONS we generally do not offer refunds on purchases.

 However, if you are completely unhappy with your purchase then please do contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Contact us directly (via our support system) and we will strive to resolve the issue amicably.

Surveys and Offers
A. Why are there no Offers, Tasks or Surveys available to me?

Offers, Tasks and Surveys are targeted to you based on your location. It's quite possible that there are none available to you at this time because of this. The only suggestion we can give is to please keep checking the offers, tasks and surveys pages as we do get new ones regularly.

Please note that weekends tend to be slower for new Offers, Surveys and Tasks. Please do not write into the helpdesk asking why none are available to you. We're doing what we can to get more Offers, Tasks and Surveys for all members

 
B. I completed an offer but did not receive my reward, what can I do?

We ask that you submit a support request at our helpdesk here:

Please be sure to include the name of the Offer, when you completed it and any links to screenshots that you may have of the completed offer. 

 
C. What is the value of 1 Cent?

1 Cent is equivalent to 1 Cent USD. It takes 100 Cents to make $1.00 (One Dollar).

 

D. Why was a survey I did reversed?

No specific reasons are given for survey reversals by the research companies but this normally happens when your answers don't meet the required quality. Reasons for reversal include, but are not limited to:

• Failed quality control/test questions;

• Answering the survey too quick;

• Duplicate completed survey found (e.g. same IP or device);

• Information given not matching your demographics;

• Giving untruthful or contradicting answers;

• Not giving detailed answers where required;

• Giving nonsense/bogus answers;

• It's clear that random answers or straight-lining occurred on multi checkbox questions.

While doing a survey take your time to read and respond to each question truthfully with accurate information. You should read every question and respective answers carefully while making sure you understand them in order to provide quality answers.

Remember that giving poor quality answers will invalidate your surveys, even if you see the congratulations screen in the end. You may also lose access to further surveys if you receive too many reversals.

 

E. Why is my completed offer or survey pending?

Certain surveys and offers from the external offerwalls do not pay immediately. Their payments stay pending for at least 45 days and up to 60 days. This is necessary to protect our account against chargebacks.
